On 16 June 2016, Cops for Kids presented Commissioner Grant Stevens with a donation of $10,000 towards the St Vincent De Paul CEO Sleepout.
In the three years that CFK has partnered with the Commissioner we have helped to raise over $50,000 for the St Vincent De Paul Social Equity Fund. This fund supports disadvantaged children in the northern and southern suburbs to purchase essential school items, school uniforms and be part of school activities and sports clubs. The aim of the fund is to help these children feel like they fit in and are part of the community in an effort to break the cycle of poverty and disadvantage.
