$10,000 has been donated to support the Aboriginal Basketball Academy (ABA).  The Academy acts as a pathway for Aboriginal Year 10-12 students to develop themselves by participating in a basketball program though the main emphasis is on attendance, participation, education, personal development, teamwork, leadership and community.  All students are mentored to complete schooling at this level and given pathways to higher education and employment, including employment in SAPOL.  The program is run at St. Clair (Woodville) with students from schools across the metropolitan area attending every Thursday.  Information pertaining to the mission and goals of the ABA can be found at aboriginalbasketballacademy   CFK has committed to support the ABA for three years.
