Cops for Kids continues to fund groundbreaking initiatives through the annual clinical research grant partnership with the Australian Pain Society.
The Australian Pain Society is a multidisciplinary association whose purpose is to advance pain management through education, research, and advocacy for transformational improvements in clinical care.
Each year, the Australian Pain Society / Cops for Kids research grant provides $30,000 in initial seed funding for important research specifically aligned to pain management in children both locally and abroad. It is the only paediatric research grant in Australia and has produced some important, scientifically recognised outcomes. Australian Pain Society
