Cops for Kids has donated $14,600 to Kidsafe SA. CFK has entered into a 3-year, $50,000 child restraint road safety program with Kidsafe SA. Between 80-90% of child seats/restraints are used or installed incorrectly. Children from vulnerable families, children living in the outer northern and southern suburbs and children living outside metropolitan Adelaide are 3 times more likely to die in a transport crash than children living within metropolitan Adelaide. Over the next 3 years Kidsafe SA will be conducting a free child seat restraint fitting and checking service in targeted country locations and the outer northern and southern suburbs.
